Wire Transfers

HUD Federal Credit Union offers wire transfer services. You can send or receive funds securely, domestically. Below is what you need to know to complete a wire transfer.

Wire Processing Cut-Off Time

2:30 PM Eastern Time

Wire requests received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


Outgoing Wire Transfers

Members may initiate an outgoing wire transfer. To do so, complete the appropriate Domestic Wire Transfer Form.

Important: For third-party wire requests over $5,000, submit in writing via secure message or at a branch.

Outgoing Wire Fees: Outgoing wire transfers are subject to applicable fees.

How to Submit an Outgoing Wire Request

Secure Message (Preferred Method)

Send a secure message through Online or Mobile Banking to request a wire transfer. A HUDFCU representative will contact you to complete the process.

In Person

Visit your nearest HUDFCU branch to receive assistance with your wire request.

Email Request

Email memberservice@hudfcu.org to request the wire transfer form.

We will securely send you the completed form via DocuSign for your submission.
