Enjoy our new Online and Mobile Banking platforms, designed with easier navigation and enhanced features to better support your banking experience, whether you are visiting a branch or accessing your account from anywhere in the world.

Below are answers to common questions about the new digital banking platform.

Enrollment and Login Information

Will I need to change my username and password?

Yes. All members must complete a one-time enrollment process to access the new platform. Enrollment is required for the primary account holder and will prompt you to create a new username and password.

To enroll, click “ENROLL” under the Continue button. Please do not enter your previous or preferred username and password during enrollment.

You will need the following information to complete enrollment:

  • Member (Account) Number
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth

Username and Password Requirements

Username requirements:

  • At least 6 characters
  • At least 1 letter
  • At least 1 number
  • No special characters

Password requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character

After enrollment, you will be required to set up multi-factor authentication using either email or text message. Please ensure your email address and/or mobile phone number are up to date before logging in.

To use Mobile Banking, download the HUDFCU mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.

Bill Pay and Alerts

You do not need to re-enroll in Bill Pay. Your existing Bill Pay schedule will automatically transfer to the new platform.

Alerts will not transfer and will need to be set up again after enrollment.

Feature Availability

Please note that not all features will be available at launch. We will continue adding services and enhancements as we upgrade our technology.

The following features will not be available initially:

  • eStatements (paper statements will be mailed until eStatements are available)
  • Remote Deposit Capture
  • Check images

Using the HUDFCU ATM/Debit card, you'll be able to make purchases in-person or online wherever Visa is accepted. Whether you are in the Nation's Capital or traveling abroad, you'll be able to withdraw funds from ATMs 24/7/365.

At shared branches, members are allowed to get up to $1,000.00 in cash per day from a shared branch location, make deposits and withdraws, and cash a check. They cannot make changes to their account or open an account.

The ATM Surcharge Free Network is through our Co-Op system. If a member goes to an ATM that is in our network they will not be charged a fee, however, if they do go to an ATM outside of network they will be charged a $2.00 fee.



Skip a Pay

Members are limited to two Skip-a-Payments per loan, in the previous (rolling) 12 months. Use the cash to shop for the holidays, pay your taxes, save up for a large purchase or just plain catch up!

Important information about skip a payment:

  • We offer skip a pay on all Vehicle and Signature Loans.
  • There is a $25 fee per skipped loan payment. The fee will be transferred from Primary Savings, Club Accounts, or Checking.
  • Loan must be active and current with the credit union for six months to be considered for the Skip a Payment program.
  • You are limited to two Skip-a-Payments per loan, in the previous (rolling) 12 months.
  • You must be in good standing with the Credit Union.
  • Interest will still accumulate on the outstanding balance, increasing the total cost of borrowing and extending the term of the loan.
